My family has been very impressed with the quality and taste of the beef we purchased from your farm. We had been looking for organic or natural grass-fed beef since we moved out here and once we got to see how you took care of your cattle in all aspects, we were eager to try some.
The one thing which was evident from the very first bite was the exceptional flavor of the beef - it tasted like beef is supposed to taste (unlike bland and fatty- tasting store bought beef), without spices or sauces to provide the flavor! All three of our kids love the steaks, and crock-pot roasts are always looked forward to. We have tried many cuts of meat, and have been satisfied with all - from roasts, to steaks to short ribs to tenderloins - all lean, tender with the appropriate marbling where needed. We've even had guests ask us where we get our beef after enjoying some, and we've been happy to direct them to you!
